Why we use Confessor

WDBX pays royalties to various Performing Rights Organizations such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and SoundExchange to license the music we play. These organizations then distribute royalty payments to artists, writers, record labels, and other copyright holders based on airplay information provided by radio stations including WDBX. All DJs must record the Playtime, Artist, Song Name, Album, and Label information for every song that is played on-air. Complete and accurate reporting of radio plays is the best way to ensure that the artists you are playing receive the royalties they deserve.
