- Try basic troubleshooting first
- Is it plugged in?
- Is the volume turned up?
- Is the Channel in Pgm ON?
- Did you try turning it off and back on?
- Does it work in a different CD player?
- Did you google the error code?
- If something is not working properly, notify the Station Manager as soon as possible.
- The Station Manager will suggest temporary solutions until the equipment can be replaced or repaired.
- Inform subsequent DJs of the malfunction, but do not discuss equipment troubles on air.
