4.1 Equipment Problems & Basic Troubleshooting Tips

Try basic troubleshooting first
- Is it plugged in?
- Is the volume turned up?
- Is the Channel in Pgm ON?
- Did you try turning it off and back on?
- Does it work in a different CD player?
- Did you google the error code?
If something is not working properly, notify the Station Manager as soon as possible.
The Station Manager will suggest temporary solutions until the equipment can be replaced or repaired.
Inform subsequent DJs of the malfunction, but do not discuss equipment troubles on air.
