Voter Registrars will registers voters at the following Jackson County Housing in Murphysboro and Carbondale on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in September from 10:00 am-Noon on:
September 8 – Murphysboro North 7th St
September 10 – Carbondale 1435 Old W. Main September 15 Carbondale 300 S. Marion St September 17 – Carbondale 207 N Marion St September 22 – Murphysboro 1215 Chestnut St September 24 – Murphysboro 319 S. 8th St September 29 – Murphysboro, 420 N. 17th St
Those wanting to register should bring two forms of IDs including: • a photo ID
• something with your current address
• such as a utility bill, lease, govt ID, driver’s license
These events are open to anyone wishing to register to vote, not just housing residents.
