Free drumming workshops are ongoing at the Carbondale Civic Center on Sunday afternoons throughout February. Times are listed below. All skill levels welcome.
No Drums? No Problem-We ain’t gonna use them anyhow. We will supply repurposed items to play like: 55 gallon barrels, paint buckets, cans, boxes and more.
Instruction will focus on ensemble/group playing and individual technique.
We will work on hand drumming, sticks/mallet drumming, bells, shakers and more.
Feel free to bring: Positivity, a bucket, sticks, or nothing.
Do not bring: Negativity, drums, store bought instruments.
