Celebrate a year of Tesserae Chorus with us! This is a Dance Party for everyone 18 and older featuring DJ Avalon. 10$ cover, all proceeds go to Tesserae Chorus. Tesserae is a choir of LGBTQ+ people and allies in Southern Illinois, an intentional community where every voice is nurtured. We sing to express our unmasked authenticity, to explore and grow, and to find joy in the process of making music together. We connect by blending our voices and stories, blending harmony that fosters visibility, understanding, and unity within our wider community. We create music in a welcoming environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and home through gentle yet focused instruction, mutual encouragement, and space for authentic expression.
