On Saturday February 5, 20202 from 10 AM to 1 PM Southern Illinois Stitchers (SIS) will be celebrating the art of embroidery with a stitch-in-public event at University Mall in Carbondale. Members will be stitching on their current work in progress plus there will be a display of completed pieces showcasing the wide range of embroidery.
Southern Illinois Stitchers is a chapter of the Embroiderers Guild of America, Inc. We welcome anyone who is interested in learning or already knows how to embroider to join us at our monthly meeting at 1:30 PM on the 4th Sunday of the month at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 402 W. Mill Street, Carbondale.
