Monthly meeting of Southern Illinois Stitchers; a chapter of the Embroiderer’s Guild of America. On August 22, 2021 Prajakta Kudalkar will present a brief talk about saris, the traditional Indian dress. She will bring examples of saris and demonstrate how to wrap them. The program will be followed by members stitching, discussing their current projects, and showcasing their completed work. The event is free and open to the public.
