Carbondale Unitarian Fellowship on June 6th from 4 – 5 pm.
CARBONDALE, IL — Led by Sound Healer, Pat York, True Nature Yoga invites the
community to experience an evening of relaxation, connection and collective healing during itsFREE “Sound Healing for Peace” event on Saturday, June 6th from 4:00–5:00 PM at theCarbondale Unitarian Fellowship.
This immersive sound healing experience will feature soothing vibrations from crystal singing
bowls, gongs, a harmonium, chimes and other resonant instruments known to support
relaxation and clarity. Participants will be gently guided through waves of harmonic sound
designed to encourage rest and renewal while cultivating a collective intention of peace that
extends outward into the community and beyond.
The event is free and open to the public. Donations are welcome but not required. No prior
experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary. Guests are encouraged to wear
comfortable clothing and bring yoga mats, blankets, water bottles or anything that will help them
relax comfortably during the session. Chairs are also available.
