Carbondale Public Library Seeks Community Input for Strategic Plan
CARBONDALE, IL – Carbondale Public Library invites community members to participate in a survey to help shape the library’s future. The survey, which launches November 4 and runs through December 8, will guide the Board of Trustees and library leadership in developing the library’s strategic plan for 2026-2031.
“We want Carbondale Public Library to reflect what our community needs,” said Jennifer Robertson, Library Director. “Whether you visit weekly or haven’t been here in years, your feedback will shape our next five years. We truly want to hear from you.”
The 6-12 minute online survey asks residents about their needs, preferences, and ideas for library programs, services, and spaces. Community members can take the survey at carbondalepubliclibrary.org/
The strategic planning process will help ensure the library continues to meet evolving community needs over the next five years.
For more information about the survey, contact Jennifer Robertson at 618-457-0354 ext. 9 or visit carbondalepubliclibrary.org.
