Carbondale, IL: Confluence Books will host two poets for a reading on Sunday, February 22, at 2 p.m. Ken “Fog” Gilbert teaches writing at John A Logan College and writes under the pen name jacob erin-cilberto. He will read from his latest book, “A Jersey Shore in Ryegate,” about which one reviewer wrote, “This collection invites the reader back in again and again.”
Mia Williams is a Finnish-born writer and poet who resides in Western Kentucky and has published “Poems of Life” as well as two travel books.
Both will bring copies for the reading and book signing. Confluence Books is at 705 West Main Street in Carbondale. Parking is available off Forest Street.
