Local Business Leader and Storyteller, Francis Pass, Hosts “Stories, Snacks & Signatures” Book Launch Event

MARION, IL — The community is invited to an open-house evening with Francis Pass, longtime Southern Illinois business leader, storyteller, and author of the new book Pass It On, on Thursday, November 20 from 4 to 7 PM at the Marion VFW.

The event, titled “Stories, Snacks & Signatures,” invites guests to stop by, enjoy light refreshments, visit with Francis, and have their copy of Pass It On signed in a casual, come-and-go setting.

For years, Francis has shared heartfelt reflections and life lessons through his blog on the Pass One Hour website. Now, those writings have been compiled into a book that captures the same warmth, humor, and down-to-earth wisdom that readers have come to love.

 The first 25 attendees will receive a free signed copy of Pass It On!

Guests are also invited to contribute their own one-sentence life lesson to the “Pass It On Wall,” a community display inspired by Francis’s storytelling, a simple way to celebrate the wisdom and experiences that connect us all.

This event is free and open to the public. Families, friends, and neighbors are encouraged to attend.
