Attorney Angela Povolish will discuss the role of Executor at the Southern Illinois Learning in Retirement meeting on Wednesday, September 18, at 10:30 am. She will explain the role of Executor and discuss how to select an Executor for your estate when making your will. She will discuss the obligations of an Executor and the possible pitfalls to being an Executor. The meaning of other terms such as personal representative and administrator will also be discussed.
Angela Povolish is an experienced attorney with expertise in estate matters and real estate law. She is with the Campanella law firm in Carterville and formerly practiced with FMGR in Carbondale.
The presentation, free and open to the public, will be at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 1501 West Chautauqua Street in Carbondale. A coffee and social hour begins at 9:30 am.
