Cindy Ladage has penned a new book, Farm Girl Adventures. She will be at the Rural Heritage Museum in Pinckneyville, Illinois on August 15-16, and set up with Friends of Green from August 21-24, from 10 a.m. until 11a.m. during the Half Century of Progress in Rantoul, Illinois.

This is Cindy’s first book with House of Honor Books. The book is a short story collection, with 30 stories written over the years. The cover of the book is especially sentimental Cindy said, “It is a painting by my late father, Bill Disque.”

Farm Girl Adventures is described as, “Rural America is filled with stories that will never make the news. They are not the stories of celebrities, the rich, or the famous, but of everyday people. Barns and tractors of America’s slower paced heartland replace skyscrapers and rush of taxis to tell simple stories you will love to read. These are stories of joy and sadness, hope and heartbreak that will wrap you in the familiar cozy warmth of country life.”

Her book is available in both paperback, and Kindle edition at Amazon.com: Farm Girl Adventures eBook : Ladage, Cindy: Kindle Store.
