The Order of the Eastern Star is the world’s largest philanthropic fraternity that admits both men and women to membership. In Illinois, our approximately 15,000 members support many worthwhile charities and outstanding projects. We as a local chapter raise funds through events like this to support national charities that support Diabetes Funds, Heart Disease, Cancer Research. Locally we make donations to organizations such as This Able Veteran and provide scholarships to local students.
This annual event is a fundraiser to raise money for local donations and scholarships. Admission is free. There will be area vendors and crafters, and food available for purchase.
