WHAT: Opening reception for Capillary Waves, a printmaking exhibition by SIU MFA candidate Abby Carman, hosted by Forbes Financial Group. The exhibition features early works from the series Carman is developing for her spring 2027 thesis exhibition — layered prints visualizing memory through imagery of plants, insects, and water. This is the latest in the firm’s ongoing series of artist receptions, held four to five times a year, spotlighting creative talent from across the region.
