SIDC take the stage in the Student Center ballrooms on November 12th with a night of live
dance. Harvest will be presented at 7:30 PM on Friday, November 4th and Saturday, November
5
th. Tickets are $10 ($5 for SIU students) and are on sale at the door or in advance (see contact
information below).
The concert will feature original choreography by artistic director Professor Darryl Clark, former
company members, Lillian and Alexis McIntyre in collaboration with the faculty advisor,
Professor Sally Potter-McIntyre, and company members. SIDC is one of the oldest registered
student organizations on campus. Since its inception in 1974, SIDC has been presenting original
student choreographed and performed concerts every Fall and Spring semesters. SIDC also hosts
dance classes open to the public every Wednesday evening at 6:30 in Furr Auditorium in Pulliam
Hall.
